Lemon and Thyme Marinade

This zesty and aromatic marinade is perfect for chicken, fish, or vegetables. The combination of lemon and thyme gives a fresh and earthy flavor.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh thyme - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped thyme, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
