Lamb Kebabs

These flavorful lamb kebabs are marinated in a blend of spices and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Wooden skewers - 8
  • Cherry tomatoes - 12
  • Red onion - 1, cut into chunks
  • Bell peppers - 2, cut into chunks
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Lamb leg or shoulder - 1.5 lbs, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the wooden skewers, alternating with chunks of bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let the kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the lamb kebabs hot with your choice of side dishes or sauces.
