Kofta Kebabs

These flavorful kofta kebabs are made with ground beef, onions, and spices, grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Skewers - 4
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Ground beef - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, cylindrical shape around a skewer.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Brush the kofta kebabs with olive oil.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and nicely browned.
  6. Serve the kofta kebabs hot with your choice of dipping sauce or alongside rice and salad.
