Keto Chicken Lettuce Wraps

These keto-friendly chicken lettuce wraps are packed with flavor and make a delicious low-carb meal.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Green onions - 4, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves - 8 large leaves
  • Chicken breast - 1 pound, cooked and shredded

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
  2. Place a lettuce leaf on a plate and spoon some of the chicken mixture onto the leaf.
  3. Top with avocado slices, cucumber slices, red bell pepper slices, and chopped green onions.
  4. Drizzle with lime juice.
  5. Fold the lettuce leaf over the filling to form a wrap.
  6. Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and filling.
