Jicama and Mango Salad

This refreshing salad combines the crispness of jicama with the sweetness of mango, creating a perfect balance of flavors.

Ingredients

  • Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Mango - 1 large, peeled and diced
  • Jicama - 1 medium, peeled and julienned

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the jicama, mango, red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, salt, and chili powder.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
