Yukon Gold Latte

This creamy and comforting latte is made with Yukon Gold potatoes, milk, and a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Yukon gold potatoes - 2 medium, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced Yukon Gold potatoes in a pot of water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a blender.
  3. Add the milk, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally.
  6. Pour the latte into mugs and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon on top.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
