In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
Place the pork tenderloin in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork tenderloin for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips.
In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add chicken broth to the pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the same pot with the chicken broth, add the halved baby bok choy and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
Top the ramen with grilled pork slices, sliced green onions, soft-boiled eggs, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
