Ingredients

  • Wooden skewers - 8-10
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup
  • Zucchini - 1, sliced
  • Red onion - 1, cut into chunks
  • Bell peppers - 2, cut into chunks
  • Chicken breast - 1.5 lbs, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Thread the chicken cubes onto the wooden skewers, alternating with the bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Brush the marinade mixture over the skewers, coating them evenly.
