Fig and Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs

These delicious figs are stuffed with creamy goat cheese and topped with a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves - For garnish
  • Walnuts - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Goat cheese - 4 ounces
  • Fresh figs - 8

Instructions

  1. Cut a small slit in the top of each fig, creating a pocket for the stuffing.
  2. Stuff each fig with a spoonful of goat cheese.
  3. Drizzle honey over the stuffed figs.
  4. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
