Fava Bean and Garlic Dip

This creamy and flavorful fava bean and garlic dip is perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Tahini - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Fava beans - 2 cups, cooked and peeled

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the fava beans, minced garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, salt, cumin, and paprika.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  4. Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
