Crab Imperial

Crab Imperial is a classic seafood dish made with lump crab meat, mayonnaise, and seasonings, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
  • Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Old bay seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  • Lump crab meat - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Divide the crab mixture into individual ramekins or a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the crab mixture.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the crab mixture is heated through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
