Crab Cake Burger

A delicious and hearty seafood twist on the classic burger, made with fresh crab meat and topped with a tangy remoulade sauce.

Ingredients

  • Remoulade sauce - To taste
  • Tomato - 4 slices
  • Lettuce - 4 leaves
  • Buns - 4
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Old bay seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
  • Crab meat - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, egg, and bread crumbs. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a crab cake, a slice of tomato, and a dollop of remoulade sauce. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  5. Serve immediately.
