Crab and Spinach Omelette

This delicious omelette is filled with succulent crab meat and nutritious spinach.

Ingredients

  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Spinach - 1 cup, chopped
  • Crab meat - 1 cup, cooked and shredded
  • Eggs - 4

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the crab meat to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs over the spinach and crab mixture.
  6. Cook until the edges start to set, then gently lift and fold the omelette in half.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the omelette.
  8. Cover the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
