Crab and Asparagus Omelette

This delicious omelette is filled with succulent crab meat and fresh asparagus, creating a perfect combination of flavors.

Ingredients

  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Asparagus - 8 spears, trimmed and chopped
  • Crab meat - 1 cup, cooked and shredded
  • Eggs - 4

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Add the crab meat to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs over the asparagus and crab mixture.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the edges are set.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over one half of the omelette.
  8. Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese.
  9. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
