Crab and Cheddar Omelette

This delicious crab and cheddar omelette is filled with succulent crab meat and melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • Fresh chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Black pepper - To taste
  • Salt - To taste
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Milk - 2 tablespoons
  • Eggs - 4
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Crab meat - 1 cup, cooked

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a minute until the edges start to set.
  4. Sprinkle the crab meat, cheddar cheese, and fresh chives evenly over one half of the omelette.
  5. Using a spatula, carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filling.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
  7. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
