Corn Pudding

This creamy and delicious corn pudding is the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Flour - 1/4 cup
  • Cornmeal - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Butter - 4 tablespoons, melted
  • Eggs - 3
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Corn kernels - 4 cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
