Corfu Cardamom Latte

A delicious and aromatic latte infused with the flavors of cardamom and Corfu.

Ingredients

  • Ground cinnamon - For garnish
  • Whipped cream - For topping
  • Corfu liqueur - 1 ounce
  • Honey or sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground cardamom - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Espresso or strong coffee - 1 shot or 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso or make a strong cup of coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Whisk in the ground cardamom and honey or sugar until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the Corfu liqueur.
  5. Pour the hot milk mixture into a mug and add the brewed espresso or coffee.
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
