Chicken Kebab

These chicken kebabs are marinated in a flavorful blend of spices and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Yellow bell pepper - 1 large, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Red bell pepper - 1 large, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Red onion - 1 large, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 1 pound, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken, onion, and bell peppers to the bowl and toss to coat in the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
