Chicken Alfredo with Pasta

A delicious and creamy chicken alfredo dish served with pasta.

Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 cup, grated
  • Heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Pasta - 8 ounces
  • Chicken breast - 2, boneless and skinless

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Slice the cooked chicken breasts into strips and add them back to the skillet.
  9. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
  10. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
