Cheeseburger

A delicious and juicy cheeseburger made with ground beef, cheese, and all the classic toppings.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • Pickles - 4 slices
  • Onion - 1, sliced
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce - 4 leaves
  • Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
  • Hamburger buns - 4
  • Ground beef - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Grill or cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.
  8. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  9. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  10. Serve the cheeseburgers hot and enjoy!
