Bacon Cheeseburger

A delicious and juicy bacon cheeseburger topped with all your favorite fixings.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Mustard - 4 tablespoons
  • Ketchup - 4 tablespoons
  • Pickles - 4 slices
  • Onion - 1, sliced
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce - 4 leaves
  • Hamburger buns - 4
  • Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
  • Bacon - 8 slices
  • Ground beef - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the bacon in a separate pan until crispy. Set aside.
  4. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun, followed by bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  8. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
