Cheddar Cheese and Broccoli Quiche

This delicious cheddar cheese and broccoli quiche is a perfect dish for brunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • Dried thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 4
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 1/2 cups, shredded
  • Broccoli florets - 2 cups, steamed and chopped
  • Pie crust - 1, store-bought or homemade

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and trim any excess.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
  4. Spread the chopped broccoli florets evenly over the pie crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the broccoli.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  8. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
