Ingredients

  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 4
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 1/2 cups, shredded
  • Bacon - 8 slices, cooked and crumbled
  • Pie crust - 1, store-bought or homemade

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Sprinkle half of the bacon and cheddar cheese onto the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions on top.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
