Bacon and Broccoli Quiche

This delicious quiche is filled with crispy bacon, tender broccoli, and creamy cheese.

Ingredients

  • Dried thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 4
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
  • Broccoli - 1 cup, steamed and chopped
  • Bacon - 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
  • Pie crust - 1, store-bought or homemade

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
  4. Sprinkle half of the bacon, broccoli, and cheddar cheese over the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon, broccoli, and cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining bacon, broccoli, and cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  8. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
