Cheese and Bacon Quiche

This delicious cheese and bacon quiche is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or any meal of the day.

Ingredients

  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 4
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
  • Bacon - 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
  • Pie crust - 1, store-bought or homemade

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish and crimp the edges.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the pie crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese in the pie crust.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped green onions on top.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  8. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
