Cava Sangria

A refreshing and bubbly Spanish cocktail made with cava, brandy, and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • Mint leaves - A handful
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Orange - 1, sliced
  • Lemon - 1, sliced
  • Orange juice - 1 cup
  • Brandy - 1/2 cup
  • Cava - 1 bottle

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the cava, brandy, and orange juice.
  2. Add the sliced lemon, orange, sugar, and mint leaves.
  3. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve over ice in glasses, making sure to get some of the fruit and mint in each glass.
