Carrot and Camembert Salad

This refreshing salad combines the sweetness of carrots with the creaminess of Camembert cheese.

Ingredients

  • Dried cranberries - 1/4 cup

  • Mixed greens - 2 cups
  • Camembert cheese - 100g, diced
  • Carrots - 2 large, grated

Instructions
