Cajun Remoulade

This spicy and flavorful Cajun remoulade sauce is perfect for dipping fried seafood or as a zesty spread for sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cajun seasoning - 1 tablespoon
  • Hot sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, green onions, and fresh parsley.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
