Cabbage and Kielbasa Skillet

Ingredients

  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken broth - 1/2 cup
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 large, thinly sliced
  • Cabbage - 1 small head, shredded
  • Kielbasa sausage - 1 pound, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the kielbasa sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  7. Add the chicken broth and apple cider vinegar to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  8. Return the cooked kielbasa sausage to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until heated through.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
