Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
  • Carrot - 1, grated
  • Red bell pepper - 1, diced
  • Corn kernels - 1 cup, cooked
  • Green cabbage - 1/2 head, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, grated carrot, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
