Bok Choy Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Black pepper - To taste
  • Salt - To taste
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Bok choy - 4 cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add bok choy and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted but still crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the bok choy and stir fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish or over steamed rice as a main course.
