Beachside Sliders

These mini burgers are perfect for a beach picnic. The tangy sauce and fresh ingredients make them a hit at any summer gathering.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Mayonnaise - To taste
  • Mustard - To taste
  • Ketchup - To taste
  • Pickles - 8 slices
  • Onion - 1, sliced
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce - 8 leaves
  • Cheddar cheese - 8 slices
  • Slider buns - 8
  • Ground beef - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 8 small patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.
  5. Spread ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Place a cooked patty on each bun, then top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle slice.
  7. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
