Bacon and Egg Breakfast Tacos

These delicious breakfast tacos are filled with crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, and your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Tomato - 1, diced
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Tortillas - 4 small
  • Eggs - 4
  • Bacon - 4 slices

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
  4. Divide the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon among the tortillas.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro.
  6. Fold the tortillas in half to form tacos.
