Ingredients

  • Salsa - Optional, for serving
  • Pepper - To taste
  • Salt - To taste
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Tortillas - 2 large
  • Eggs - 4
  • Bacon - 4 slices

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
