Avocado and Crab Salad

This refreshing avocado and crab salad is a perfect combination of creamy avocado, succulent crab meat, and tangy dressing.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
  • Lettuce - 2 cups, torn
  • Crab meat - 8 oz, cooked
  • Avocado - 1, ripe

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the torn lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado and add it to the bowl.
  3. Add the cooked crab meat to the bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve the avocado and crab salad immediately.
