  1. In a large pot, combine the dried hibiscus petals, water, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon sticks.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove the pot from the heat and strain the liquid into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
  4. Stir in the sugar, pineapple juice, and lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Refrigerate the zobo drink for at least 2 hours to chill.
  6. Serve the zobo drink over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
