Vanilla Zabaglione with Raspberries

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until well combined.
  2. Set the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
  3. Whisk in the Marsala wine and continue to whisk constantly until the mixture is thick and creamy, about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla extract.
  5. Divide the raspberries among four dessert dishes.
  6. Pour the zabaglione over the raspberries and serve immediately.
