Vanilla Zabaglione with Raspberries
A light and creamy Italian dessert made with egg yolks, sugar, and sweet wine, served with fresh raspberries.

- Fresh raspberries - 1 cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sweet marsala wine - 1/2 cup
- Granulated sugar - 1/4 cup
- Egg yolks - 4
Let's Get Started
- In a large heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until well combined.
- Set the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
- Whisk in the Marsala wine and continue to whisk constantly until the mixture is thick and creamy, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla extract.
- Divide the raspberries among four dessert dishes.
- Pour the zabaglione over the raspberries and serve immediately.
