Tartufo
Tartufo is an Italian ice cream dessert that usually contains two or more flavors with a fruit or nut center. It's covered in a hard shell made of chocolate or cocoa.

- Cocoa powder - For dusting
- Dark chocolate - 200 grams
- Cherries - 4, pitted
- Vanilla ice cream - 2 cups
- Chocolate ice cream - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Scoop out four balls of chocolate ice cream and place a cherry in the center of each. Freeze for 1 hour.
- Cover the chocolate ice cream balls with a layer of vanilla ice cream. Freeze for another hour.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Dip each ice cream ball in the melted chocolate, making sure it's fully coated.
- Dust the balls with cocoa powder and freeze until ready to serve.
