Tanuki Udon
Tanuki Udon is a delicious Japanese noodle soup topped with crispy tempura flakes.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Nori seaweed - 2 sheets, cut into small pieces
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Tempura flakes - 1/4 cup
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Dashi broth - 2 cups
- Udon noodles - 200g
