- Pickled cabbage - To serve
- Chili sauce - To taste
- Vegetable oil - For deep frying
- Stinky tofu - 4 pieces
Let's Get Started
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully add the stinky tofu. Fry until the tofu turns golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the tofu with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the stinky tofu with chili sauce and pickled cabbage.
