Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully lower the tofu into the hot oil and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tofu with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve the tofu hot with chili sauce, pickled cabbage, and garnished with fresh coriander.
