Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, combine the wine, orange slices, cloves, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and honey.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and continue to simmer for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in the brandy.
  5. Strain the mulled wine and discard the spices and orange slices.
  6. Serve the mulled wine warm.
