A warm, spiced beverage perfect for cold winter nights.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Brandy - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 2-3 tablespoons
- Star anise - 2
- Cinnamon sticks - 2
- Cloves - 6 whole
- Orange - 1, sliced
- Red wine - 1 bottle
Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, combine wine, orange slices, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and star anise.
- Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in honey to taste.
- Remove from heat and stir in brandy.
- Strain and serve warm.
