Smoked Salmon and Dill Omelette

- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Smoked salmon - 100g, thinly sliced
- Eggs - 4

- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
