Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Place the dried rose petals in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let it steep for 20 minutes.
  2. Strain the rose petals, reserving the liquid.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add the rose petal liquid to the sugar syrup and stir well.
  5. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice.
  6. Let the mixture cool completely.
  7. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sharbat over the ice.
