  4. In a blender, combine the quince pieces, lemon juice, sugar, and half of the water. Blend until smooth.
  5. Strain the mixture into a large jug, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible.
  6. Add the remaining water to the jug and stir well.
  7. Serve the Sharbat-e Beh Limoo over ice cubes.
