Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, add the dried kombu and dried bonito flakes to the water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes to make the broth.
  2. Remove the kombu and bonito flakes from the broth and discard.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, and mirin. Add the miso mixture to the broth and stir well to combine.
  4. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the shrimp, scallops, and mussels until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
  6. Divide the cooked ramen noodles between two bowls. Top with the seafood, green onions, corn kernels, bean sprouts, soft-boiled eggs, and nori seaweed.
  7. Pour the miso broth over the noodles and toppings.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
