Roti Canai

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Ghee or butter - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 3/4 cup
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups

- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and sugar.

- Cook each roti canai for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with curry or dhal.
