- Prosecco - 2 ounces
- Fresh basil leaves - 2
- Fresh strawberries - 2, hulled and quartered
- Simple syrup - 1/2 ounce
- Lemon juice - 1/2 ounce
- Campari - 1 ounce
Let's Get Started
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries and basil leaves.
- Add the Campari, lemon juice, and simple syrup, and fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake well until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass and top with the Prosecco.
- Garnish with a strawberry and a basil leaf, and serve immediately.
