Pineapple Angel Food Cake
This light and fluffy pineapple angel food cake is a perfect dessert for any occasion.

- Mint leaves - For garnish
- Fresh pineapple slices - For garnish
- Whipped cream - 1 cup
- Crushed pineapple - 1 can (20 oz)
- Angel food cake mix - 1 box
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and the crushed pineapple (including the juice). Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ungreased angel food cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cake springs back when lightly touched.
- Remove the cake from the oven and invert the pan onto a wire rack. Let it cool completely.
- Once the cake is cooled, carefully run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cake. Remove the cake from the pan.
- Transfer the cake to a serving plate and top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple slices and mint leaves.
- Slice and serve.
